Taking Care of Me
Learning to take care of yourself is one of the most important skills you can build. In our intensive program, teens and young adults work on the everyday skills that support independence — from managing a daily routine, personal hygiene, engaging in physical fitness, to understanding your emotions, knowing your limits, and figuring out what you need to feel your best.
Taking Care of Home
Knowing how to manage your home environment is a key part of living independently. In our intensive program, teens and young adults build practical skills for everyday life — from keeping a space organized and tackling household chores, to preparing meals, managing time, following through on responsibilities, and feeling confident navigating the demands of home life.

Navigating the
Community
Being able to navigate your community opens the door to greater independence and connection. In our intensive program, teens and young adults develop the skills to confidently move through the world around them — from using public transportation and managing money, to knowing how to ask for help, stay safe, and engage with the people and places in their community.
Preparing for Work
Building the skills to enter the workforce is an exciting and important step toward independence. In our intensive program, teens and young adults prepare for the world of work — from developing strong communication and time management skills, to understanding workplace expectations, building confidence in interviews, and discovering the strengths and interests that will guide their career path.
